I am a barrister and mediator based in Preston at 15 Winckley Square and I work throughout Lancashire, Cumbria and Cheshire.
I have over 20 years of experience in financial and property disputes, particularly those arising from divorce and separation. My other key area of work is building litigation. I have good practical knowledge of the technical aspects of building matters and have been instructed by local authorities in relation to building disputes, building arbitration and planning issues.
Outside of the law I have a variety of interests: I have built and flown my own aircraft, competed internationally as a mountain runner and have managed several building projects including the complete renovation of the barrister’s Chambers in Preston. I also helped to create the direct access portal as a service for other barristers and mediators.
